NESTEC, Inc. sold to our company one of its first RTO’s in 1993 to control organic emission from our rotogravure and flexographic printing operation.  Nearly 20 years later, that same machine continues to provide reliable organics destruction with better than 98% efficiency thanks to the outstanding service, repair and technical knowhow provided by Nestec.  Today, we continue using Nestec as our go to provider for all our RTO needs.

In 2009, NESTEC, Inc. won a bid to rebuild a multi can regenerative thermal oxidizer at one of Arclin’s overlay plants.  Nestec won the bid both on price and with best overall solution.  Our (Arclin’s) production schedule allowed no more than two weeks down to complete the job. 

Nestec succeeded in all aspects.  They completed the job easily within the time restraints, the project remained under budget, and the final destruction efficiency exceeded our requirements and Nestec’s estimates. 

Post project exhaust testing showed the DE to be in the 99.7% range.

I attribute the success of this project to a few important points:

1.Nestec understood the needs of our oxidizer.

2.They performed thorough pre shutdown engineering, from which solid quotes could be obtained.

3.Their startup personnel and project managers are first rate.

I would not hesitate in enlisting Nestec’s services again.
